In the 32-episode drama, Damien played the role of “Eden”, the younger son of “Guan Xie’en” (acted by MediaCorp well-known actress, Huang Biren). Martial House Stars @ The Sheng Siong Show (2)

On 26 December 2015, the Martial House Stars made their appearance on The Sheng Siong Show once again! It was a lucky week for the home viewer who was selected to be part of the grand lucky draw segment by the Martial House Stars. He managed to select the “peach” which won him highest possible cash prize! Congratulations! It was also a lucky week for the Martial House Stars too! The Stars got to meet and snap a photo with popular Taiwanese pop singer, Alien Huang (also known as Xiao Gui)! When asked about his meeting experience with the pop star, Wei Kai exclaimed, “I’m really grateful to meet Xiao Gui! He has been my idol since I watched the Taiwanese variety programme ‘100% Entertainment’ when I’m in secondary school!”

End of Martial House Year-End Programmes

On 24 December 2015, the last session of the Wushu Day Camp has successfully concluded! This also marks the end of the Year-End Programmes by Martial House for 2015! More than a hundred students have participated in one or more of the camp series organised by Martial House. Besides learning more about Wushu through fun and interactive activities, students have built individual character, confidence and skills too! Martial House would like thank all participants and their parents for trusting and choosing Martial House to be part of your December Holiday! Do look forward to the upcoming Martial House events in 2016!

Master Yang Ji Sheng @ Martial House

On 23 December 2015, Martial House is privileged to have Master Yang Ji Sheng as the guest instructor during the evening training session at Beatty Secondary School (Indoor Sports Hall). Master Yang Ji Sheng is a renowned Wushu master with the following accreditation:

First-Class Coach of State, China
Referee in National Class on Chinese Wushu
Coach of Shanxi Physical Training School
Cha Quan Ancestry of Chinese Wushu
Member of Shanxi Wushu Association

Martial House would like to thank Master Yang for sharing his valuable experience and technical knowledge with the coaches and students. The team is definitely looking forward to Master Yang’s visit again!

Congratulations to Martial House for attaining the Top 100 Singapore Excellence Award 2015! The Singapore Excellence Award is a prestigious business accolade which recognizes the entrepreneurial elite in Singapore. The award presentation ceremony was held at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel last evening with Mr. Zainal Bin Sapari, Member of Parliament Pasir Ris – Punggol GRC, as the guest of honor. Managing Director, Mr. Leo Wen Yeow and Coach Wan GuangYao Eric were the representatives from Martial House to attend the ceremony and to receive the award from Mr. Zainal. Once again, Wushu Daze would like to congratulate Martial House on its remarkable achievement!

To celebrate the end of a wonderful 2015, Martial House is organizing a mass movie outing! This is an exclusive event for the staff, students, parents and friends of the Martial House family! Last Friday Class for 2015!

Yesterday was the last Friday class at Hong Wen School (Indoor Sports Hall) for the year 2015! There will be no class for the next 2 Fridays as it is a public holiday – Christams Day on 25 December 2015 & New Year Day on 1 January 2016. As such, Santa Claus made a surprise appearance after last night’s training to celebrate the festive season with the students from Martial House! The students were indeed thrilled and excited to see Santa especially when he was sharing his sweets and candies! http://youtu.be/LS0QGSyXwOY To students & parents, kindly note that Friday training at Hong Wen School (Indoor Sports Hall) will resume on 8 January 2016. End of Intensive Training Week Session B!

Today, the Intensive Training Week series under the Martial House Year-End Programmes has successfully concluded. During the 5 days of intense training (or 10 for some), under the guidance of the Martial House coaches, students have worked hard to improve their foundation to better execute their routines with precision and confidence. Coincidentally, the birthdays of Martial House Coaches Leo Rui Yan and Timothy Chan fall within the training week. The Martial House team took the effort to plan two separate surprises for both coaches on two separate occasions! Hence, students got to enjoy yummy cakes as an incentive after training for 2 days! Martial House would like to thank all the students and coaches for the hard work! Rest well enjoy the upcoming long weekends!
