Earlier this morning, Martial House Managing Director, Mr. Leo Wen Yeow was on air with DJ Lin Lingzhi on Capital 95.8FM! During the one-hour “Go Everyday!” radio programme, Mr. Leo shared his experience as a Wushu coach and a business personnel. Besides highlighting some of the distinct characteristics of the sports education industry, Mr. Leo also discussed about the various challenges faced when he is managing the academy. From Human Resource (HR) to Operations, Mr. Leo pinpointed some of the common complications and emphasised that effective communication is usually the key to solve these problems.
