[Updated] Day 2 of the 28th SEA Games Wushu Competition

Team Singapore has attained 1 Gold & 2 Bronze medals in day 2 of the 28th SEA Games Wushu competition! The medals came from: Women’s Optional Changquan Zoe Mui Wei Ting – Gold Men’s Optional Cudgel Yong Yi Xiang – Bronze Men’s Sanda – 65kg Lin Yiqiang – Bronze Well done and congratulations to the athletes especially the Martial House Stars, Zoe and Yi Xiang for attaining their second medal in the Games! Day 1 of the 28th SEA Games Wushu Competition

Day 1 of the 28th SEA Games Wushu Competition was definitely a fruitful one for Team Singapore as the Wushu athletes have attained a total of 3 Gold, 1 Silver & 1 Bronze medals! The medals came from the following athletes: Women’s Compulsory Taijiquan Tan Yan Ning Vera – Gold Ho Lin Yong – Bronze Men’s Optional Changquan Yong Yi Xiang – Gold Men’s Duel Event – Weapons Jesse Adalia Coin, Lee Zhe Xuan & Jowen Lim Si Wei – Gold Women’s Duel Event – Weapons Emily Sin Min Li & Zoe Mui Wei Ting – Silver These remarkable achievements have brought Singapore to the top of the medal standings for Wushu after day 1 of the competition. Congratulations Team Singapore! Hopefully the athletes are able to keep up the momentum to achieve outstanding results for the next two days of the Wushu competition!
