Martial House Classes on the Jubilee Weekend
In view of the Jubilee Weekend, NO classes will be conducted on the following days: 7 August 2015, Friday Hong Wen School (Indoor Sports Hall), 7:30pm – 9:30pm 9 August 2015, Sunday Martial House @ Katong (Studio), 8:30am – 7:00pm, i.e. SU1 – SU7 10 August 2015, Monday Martial House @ Katong (Studio), 7:00pm – 8:30pm, i.e. M8 However, kindly note that classes on 8 August 2015, Saturday will be conducted as usual as the following locations: a. Beatty Secondary School (Indoor Sports Hall) b. Martial House @ Katong (Studio)
Tay Yu Xuan Attained a Bronze Medal!
Congratulations to Martial House Star, Tay Yu Xuan for attaining a Bronze medal in the Group B Men’s 24-Style Taijiquan event at the 8th Asian Junior Wushu Championships! This is definitely a notable achievement from the 14 year-old boy who bagged a medal from his first event in his first international competition! Besides Yu Xuan’s Bronze, Team Singapore managed to clinch another Silver and Bronze medals in the Group B Women’s 32-Style Taijijian event! The medals came from Teo Yu Xuan and Cindy Lim Xin Yi respectively! Once again, congratulations to all Team Singapore athletes on their achievements! Keep up the good work and hopefully we are able to hear more good news in the coming days! All the best!
Martial House @ 28th SEA Games Appreciation Night
Last night, Martial House was invited to attend the 28th SEA Games Appreciation Night, hosted by Mr. Lawrence Wong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth & Second Minister for Ministry of Communications and Information. Managing Director, Mr. Leo Wen Yeow and choreographer, Mr. Wan GuangYao Eric represented Martial House to attend the event. A token of appreciation was presented to Martial House for all the contributions made during the 28th SEA Games. Martial House would like to thank all coaches and students for all the time, effort and commitment which contributed to the success of the 28th SEA Games! Without the never-ending support received, Martial House would not have the opportunity to receive such high honour! With this, Martial House has concluded the journey of the 28th SEA Games. The Martial House team is definitely looking forward to participate in many more large scale events in the near future!
