Schedule for 10th National Primary Schools Wushu Championship 2014
The schedule and fixture for the upcoming 10th National Primary Schools Wushu Championship 2014 are out. You may view them by clicking the attached files below. PS2014_Schedule PS2014_Fixture I have received queries from parents and students regarding the reporting time and venue for competitors. I would recommend parents and students to consult teachers-in-charge of the competitors’ school Wushu team instead as they will be the ones making the necessary arrangements. Also, please be reminded that this year, the competition will be held at Hong Wen School instead of the usual Tao Nan School. Click here to view the address and map of Hong Wen School. We are left with 3 more days before the competition! Competitors, please be reminded to take good care of yourselves and ALL THE BEST!

Congratulations Team Singapore!
Congratulations to Team Singapore for attaining a total of 5 Gold, 6 Silver and 5 Bronze medals in the 5th World Junior Wushu Championship which was held in Antalya, Turkey, from 11 to 18 March 2014! The above is a snapshot of a Facebook post by the Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation.

The National Inter-School Wushu Championships 2014 is just around the corner!
Teachers and students are reminded to place their orders for Wushu equipment such as costumes, weapons and shoes early to avoid disappointment.
Wushu equipment can be purchased from Yi Fong Sports Equipment Supplier and/or do approach your coaches for advice.
The Super Girls are Back!
Over the weekends, the girls: (from left) Josephine Lee, Natalie Ong, Olivia Yeo, Loh Yan Ping, Hong Jia Yi & Chia Wen Wen, represented Martial House in a group event at the Ding Feng Cup Traditional Lion Dance and Wushu Competition 2014 which was held in Penang. The girls faced strong opponents from both foreign and local Malaysian teams. Despite displaying a flawless routine, the girls were unable to make it to the top three positions. Nevertheless, Martial House is still proud of you girls! All the best for the upcoming Inter-School Wushu Championships which will be held on March & April 2014.

Earlier this morning, on 3 January 2014, six of our students, under the guidance of Priscilla Lim (Team Leader) and Leo Wen Yeow (Coach), left for Penang, Malaysia to compete in the Ding Feng Cup Traditional Lion Dance & Wushu Competition 2014. Stay tuned for their results!
