A preparatory Wushu programme for students who are intending to opt for Wushu as their CCA.

Training sessions under this programme focus on the building up of students' basic and foundation such as strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, so that they are better prepared for the intensive CCA trainings in school.

Thursdays: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Fridays: 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Saturdays: 8:30am - 10:00am
*Saturdays: 10:00am - 1:00pm (2 Sessions)
Saturdays: 11:30am - 2:30pm (2 Sessions)
Saturdays: 2:30pm - 5:30pm (2 Sessions)

Sundays: 5:30pm - 7:00pm
