EARLY FOUNDATIONS
Strong beginnings through movement and play.
Our Early Foundations programme introduces young learners to Wushu through age-appropriate movement, coordination activities and positive learning experiences.

AGES 4 TO 6
Kungfu Tots
A fun and engaging introduction to movement, coordination and basic discipline for young learners.
Kungfu Tots introduces young children to Wushu through playful movement, basic techniques and simple routines. Emphasis is placed on discipline, coordination and enjoyment, helping children develop motor skills, focus and a positive attitude towards learning in a supportive environment.

FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL
Beginner Wushu
Designed for those new to Wushu, focusing on fundamental techniques, physical conditioning and confidence-building.
Designed for individuals new to Wushu, this programme covers foundational stances, kicks, movements and basic routines. Training focuses on building physical readiness, technical understanding and confidence, preparing students for progressive development pathways.

A focused pathway for students preparing for competitive and performance training, emphasising conditioning, flexibility and foundational readiness.
This programme strengthens the physical and technical foundations required for more intensive training. Sessions develop flexibility, coordination, stamina, conditioning and essential Wushu skills to support future competitive progression.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
Competitive Wushu
High-intensity training for athletes pursuing competitive development, with a strong emphasis on technical precision, physical conditioning and performance standards.
Designed for committed athletes with strong potential, the Competitive Wushu programme provides structured, high-intensity training focused on technical precision, physical conditioning and performance readiness. Athletes are guided to perform consistently at competitive standards.

COMPETITIVE TAIJIQUAN
Competitive Taiji
Advanced Taiji training focused on balance, control, strength and competitive performance.
Competitive Taiji develops control, strength, flexibility and expressive movement. Beyond slow and relaxed forms, athletes train balance, holds and advanced techniques to support preparation for competitive routines and performances.

TRADITIONAL WUSHU
Wushu Classic
Traditional Wushu training that deepens technical understanding, structure and cultural appreciation.
Wushu Classic focuses on traditional styles and classical routines, such as Bajiquan. Training emphasises structure, expression and heritage, allowing students to develop a deeper understanding of traditional Wushu principles and cultural roots.

Lifestyle Taiji
